Cơn bão được cho là mạnh nhất kể từ đầu năm tới nay đã đổ bộ vào Philppines với tốc độ gió lên tới gần 200 dặm/giờ, buộc hàng trăm nghìn người phải sơ tán tới nơi an toàn hơn.
